July 4th Parade – Brownsburg, IN
July 4th was definitely sunny and warm. Everyone met at the usually location and caravanned to the parade staging area. Luckily there was a little shade next to our staging area. The parade began promptly at 10:30am. There were thousands of spectators lining the parade route this year and the as usually our members came prepared with plenty of candy for the kids. Heading out in two rows, Bruce and Janet came up with a unique way to toss candy from their Corvette when he ends up on the outside of a row and Janet on the inside, someone rides in the trunk (pictures pg 2) After the parade the majority of our members cruised to a local restaurant for lunch, while a few had early holiday commitments at home. We want to thank all our members who came out to celebrate Independents Day with the town of Brownsburg and the Club. A Special Thank you to Doug and Debbie for organizing this, you did another great job! Also thank you to the following members for all the pictures in the slide show below: Roger & Tina, John & Mary Ann, J.R & Yolanda, Bryan & Janet, Dave & Debbie, and John R.
