This year 11 members of CCCC made the trip to Bowling Green & the NCM for the 8th Annual Vets ‘n Vettes Events. Among the 10 were 5 Veterans representing the Navy, Marines, & Air Force. The night before the start of VnV there was a dinner get together at a member’s RV. Thursday started at the MotorSports Park with 144 Corvette owners ready to offer multiple laps on the track to the soldiers from Ft. Campbell & other local Veterans. The Luncheon was attended by 440 Active duty, Veterans & guests. Tours of the Assembly Plant were available, then it was off to the VFW for Dinner. Friday offered a Cruise (152 miles round trip) to Trooper Island with the Banquet that evening. Saturday was the Bowling Green Veterans Parade the final event of this weekend. Over 100 Corvettes participated for this great parade. Thank you to those members who made this weekend a great success, Fred, Bob, Bruce, Glen, Bryan & Janet, Rich, Millie and Ken & Cindy.
