Thursday morning, Dec. 11th, was the day for the delivery of Toys to Kevin Gregory and WRTV6 on Monument Circle in downtown Indy. On Dec 10th ladies from the club got together at a local Target and spent all the money the club had raised on toys for the next day. Sheila & Gene W. were kind enough to offer coffee and pastries for everyone at their downtown offices on N. Meridian plus had made arrangements for the club for lunch. After coffee and visiting it was out to the parking lot to load up all the Corvettes with toys. There was so much that one couple brought their antique pick-up to hold the overflow of toys. This year the club had raised over five thousand dollars for toys. We were asked to be at the circle before noon for a live broadcast at noon with Kevin. After the drop off the members headed to Lincoln Square Pancake house. This year the club donated enough toys to fill three very large boxes. A special thanks to John & May Ann for chairing this event. Also to Gene & Sheila for the meeting place and Bob, Rita & Ken for all the pictures. GREAT JOB to the members of CCCC.
